Cyber Sled (サイバースレッド Saibā Sureddo?) is a third-person shooter arcade game developed and releasaed by Namco in 1993; it runs on Namco System 23 hardware (and was also the last game to run on this hardware), and was the first game from the company to use duel analogue sticks. Players control one of six futuristic tanks and must destroy the other players as much as they can until the time runs out. A sequel, Cyber Commando, was released the following year; it runs on Namco Super System 22 hardware, and eliminates the head-to-head multiplayer that the original had. The original game was ported to the PlayStation in 1995 and later to the Wii Virtual Console in 2009 in Japan only.
