The Grocery Toting Lady is a character from the 2000 racing game, Smashing Drive. She is one of the passengers the cab picks up and takes to their destinations.
The cab picks her up at the beginning of the third level, Night Owl.
Biography[]
The taxi cab picks up the grocery toting lady at the beginning of the third level, Night Owl. When the cab picks her up, it must take her to the Sea and Air Museum. When giving the lady her wild ride, the cab can take a shortcut through a parking lot to get to her destination faster.
If the cab makes it to the lady's destination, the lady comes out of the cab saying so long to the cab driver. If the cab runs out of time, or fails to beat the CPU cab it races against to the end of the route, the lady struggles to get out of the cab and she spills all of her groceries. If the cab makes it to the lady's destination and gets a record lap, the lady comes out of the cab and tells the cab driver to take it easy.
